The new Clinical Services Building delivered under the $150 million Goulburn Hospital and Health Service Redevelopment reached its highest point of construction, with a traditional topping out ceremony held this week. Premier Gladys Berejiklian, joined by Health Minister Brad Hazzard and Member for Goulburn Wendy Tuckerman, attended a “topping out” ceremony to mark the milestone. The tradition of placing a tree on top of a building symbolises the completion of the main structure of a building and celebrates the important milestone in a building’s construction.
